About Us

Elle Peut Naidim (EPN) is a women-led educational organization founded in 2020 in Tanzania, dedicated to advancing gender equality and transforming the lives of adolescent girls and boys through education, mentorship, and community engagement.

While girls remain at the heart of our mission, we recognize that true gender equality cannot exist without the active involvement of boys and men. In a society where patriarchal systems continue to shape opportunities and power, our approach intentionally engages boys as allies, helping them unlearn harmful norms, embrace empathy, and become champions for the empowerment of girls.

We believe that every young person, regardless of gender or background, deserves the opportunity to learn, lead, and thrive. Our programs nurture agency, confidence, and self-awareness, empowering girls and boys to shape their own futures and challenge social and cultural barriers.

What makes EPN unique is our inclusive, community-driven model. We engage students, teachers, and parents together, ensuring that change begins from within families and communities. Through storytelling, songs, games, and dialogue, we make learning joyful, reflective, and deeply rooted in local realities.

As a locally led organization, EPN builds authentic partnerships with the communities we serve. We listen, learn, and co-create solutions that last. We believe that when girls and boys grow with equal power, empathy, and opportunity, they not only change their own lives, they transform the world around them.
